The program is designed to offer long term financing combined without a prepayment penalty. This will allow for a very low payment and the ability to pay off the loan at any time without paying any future interest or minimum finance charge. In addition, this program usually allows for the inclusion of tax and license fees in the financing so that the down payment is minimized.
